[Xcb] [PATCH pthread-stubs] pthread-stubs.pc: remove no longer used variables

These are unused since 8340ebd656c7e1a5b6d3 ("Rework the
pthread-stub design")

It might be confusing for these to be missing, then again it is the
right thing to do, so:

Considering the lack of other input, I've just pushed this to master.
Uli, I'm assuming you're busy with other things and I hope I did not
break any protocol here.

Alternatively, feel free to shout so I know for the future.

I stand corrected - apparently I don't have access to the xcb group.
Upon git push seemingly everything was "received", yet nothing ended
up in the repo.

Uli, can you please push the patch?
